Louise Robb - The Natural way

Managing Partner of The Natural Way

Louise has thirty-three years business experience and twenty years’ working globally with a large range of blue chip and NGO clients as an OD consultant, facilitator, team and individual coach and mediator, focusing on behavioural, organisational, systemic and strategic development. Key strengths include understanding group dynamics and calmly facilitating thoughtful communication on the journey to resolving complex issues.

After a thirteen-year career in business as an accountant and finance director of two legal firms in Scotland, she began studying an extensive self-designed syllabus in psychology. As a therapeutic coach and teacher in Somatics, she utilises a blend of martial art and mindfulness techniques. In 2017, she completed her Master’s in Integrative Coaching Psychology. With a United Nations International Diploma in Humanitarian Assistance, Louise has worked with the UN and its sister agencies to enhance field workers’ capacity to cope with stress.

Based in Scotland, Louise undertakes coaching with sports people and national youth sports teams. Her sense of adventure, connection to our environment, and forty-five-year passion for kayaking have inspired solo kayak journeys around the Scottish isles; also teaching sailing, facilitating a local cycling club, skiing and Pilates all stand Louise in good stead as a diverse thinking partner with her clients.

Strongly committed to her own human development, she is currently undertaking further research and practice in the Polyvagal theory and its implication for integrating into her Organisational Development field.
